Our commitment to gender equality in the workplace
Promoting diversity is an important commitment for the Group. We are implementing concrete actions to attract more women to digital sectors, develop their presence and support their career development at all levels of the company. Our commitment notably
involves the implementation of a common Group policy and the coordination of mixed networks in the countries in which we operate.
We are also implementing training programmes to combat stereotypes and foster well-intentioned relationships between women and men. More than 1,000 Group employees are signed up to networks that attract more women to the digital sector. Examples include
the passer’Elles network in France, Wow in India and Women@Sopra Steria in Germany, the United Kingdom and Norway..., which aim to attract future digital professionals.
